We found Craig to be very genuine and helpful. We don't live in Brisbane I found Craig on a website when I was looking for an agent. During the entire process he was very genuine and always answered all my questions and solved any problems that arise. We had had some repairs done that our property Manager organised, Craig took photo's and sent to me showing that the repairs had not been done properly. He gave us the contact details for a company that we have now used twice and have done a brilliant job of fixing the faulty work. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Craig. He gave us feedback after every inspection. We are very happy to have sold our property and very happy with the service we have been given. The price we received was under what we had expected, this was through no fault of Craig's. We received the same offer 5 times so in the end we had to accept that was the market!
