The service from Craig & Karen was exceptional. Their knowledge, expertise, general guidance and advice were so helpful throughout the process from initial enquiry to final sign-off and handing keys over. Selling up and downsizing is so overwhelming and so much work but Craig & Karen made the process simpler with clear, informative communication every step of the way And their pricing for marketing and commission is very competitive

Why would you use anyone else? Craig and Karen proved again why they are one of the best in the business. And this wasn’t an easy one…the Government were involved with the buyers, so there were more people and layers for them to deal with. Thankfully, Craig is a smart operator who knows his stuff inside out. Deal done. Happy with the result. Don’t muck around, call Craig and Karen if you are going to sell.

My sisters and I had the difficult task of selling our parents’ home. We sought three quotes and decided upon Ulverstone Real Estate as they offered a competitive commission and marketing fee, and we felt comfortable with Craig.  It was a good decision. Craig was really genuine, and a good communicator.  He offered good advice to us, as novice executors, in dealing with an estate sale. He was helpful in arranging a lawn mowing service, as we were all dealing with things from a distance. We appreciated his straightforward but empathetic, honest and knowledgeable approach. We highly recommend Craig and Karen from Ulverstone Real Estate

Entrusted the sale of my home to Craig and Karen. They made, what was for me, a stressful situation, easier. I was always kept up to speed with what was happening, and no question was ever too hard to answer. My home was only listed for 9 days...I would, and have, no hesitation recommending Craig and Karen to any of my family and friends that were considering selling their homes. Thank you for being so human and caring.

We are so happy we met Craig and Karen. For months we had been trying to sell then buy our next home. We met them when they were running an inspection at a home we wanted to see. They were professional and really listened to what we were trying to do. Thank goodness we got them to come and sell our home. They know exactly what they are doing. We would recommend Craig and Karen to anyone.

Another amazing experience with Ulverstone Real Estate! Craig and Karen always go above and beyond! Their knowledge of sales and trends is part of why they do so well…but their passion and communication is what really stands out! We sold at our FIRST OPEN at the price we wanted! I know they are called Ulverstone Real Estate…but wake up Devonport and jump onboard! These agents are the best and we couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Just wanted to say thank you to you and Karen for being the great people you are to work with on the sale of our property. Love your work!

Thank you for helping us sell our house. We appreciate your hard work, all the open homes that paid off in the end. We loved your straightforward, no nonsense approach and keeping us informed throughout the process. All the best for the future.

When we listed our family property with Ulverstone Realestate Craig and Karen, they were very professional and got the sale for us quickly. So, if you’re interested in selling a property, we would highly recommend them.

They did a fantastic job selling my place. Craig and Karen did exactly what they said they would do, and kept me up to speed with everything that was going on. Craig’s advice was spot and helped me make good decisions. Really appreciate what they did for me. If you’re gonna sell, you better call them - I’ll recommend them to everyone.
