I have just had the experience of Craig and Karen selling my unit in Ulverstone. They were both very professional and made me feel that I was in good hands. My unit was sold in 10 days.  Not being used to this there were many phone calls between us, and I was reassured that all will be fine just sit tight and it will all happen.
