Over the Christmas break, on a 42 degree day, my husband and I decided to look at a unit advertised for sale by Craig Higgins. We approached Craig, who was very obliging and showed us through the unit. He explained he would be going away the next day and if we needed anything further to speak with one of his staff members. We decided to make an offer, which was accepted.
