Not having sold a property before I decided to let the same company that managed my rental handle the sale. I'm very pleased I did. The service I received from Craig was absolutely excellent. Prompt with correspondence and highly professional and friendly in all our dealings. I was surprised at how quickly Craig was able to attract buyers and even more surprised at the selling price he was able to negotiate. Well above what I had expected when I decided to sell. I thoroughly recommend Craig to anyone looking to sell their properties.

Thought we would go with Craig from initial meeting he didn’t seem pushy or over zealous. Marketing sucked. Don’t pay for the extra money, basic spit out of a paragraph with no tailoring and no floor plan. Wouldn’t be how I would advertise. If we sold a house again we’d be doing it ourselves just based of this experience. Was not worth the money at all. At least our house sold I guess, though don’t think it’s too hard in this market.

My father had asked Craig for an appraisal on their home in mid 2023. When they went to sell recently Craig was his agent of choice. Dad chose well. Communication was clear and prompt and we achieved above our price expectations with a sale within a few days on the market. Dad is now in aged care and very happy with the result as is the family. I contacted Craig towards the end of last year to get a valuation on Mums property so we could put it on the market when her new property was finished. It ended up we didn’t put the property on the market till the end of January and it sold in 5 days thanks to Craig. Between the time we requested the valuation and sold the property he kept in contact with us the whole time. So five stars for knowledge, communication and professionalism. We cannot thank Craig enough. Job well done.
