Craig found us by luck and happily so. We were going to sell ourselves, but after speaking with Craig decided it would be better going with a local agent who, not only understood the market well, but had an extensive database to call upon. Turns out to be a great decision. Craig advised us that in the market we were likely to sell our house for much more than we initially expected - which it did. But the first sale fell through and I rang Craig straight away. Craig managed to re-sell our house that same day, thanks to his network and that database!!!
