Not only was he knowledgeable and confident in a market which wasn't instilling much condidence, he was understanding of our desire to sell but willingness to wait for a serious buyer. The entire process was conducted with a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm and couldn't have run any smoother. We got slightly more than we expected in the current market and with only 2 home opens. We had 5 appraisals done and couldn't be happier with our choice. 👍👍
