From the get go mistakes were made and never corrected. Charged for costs that didn't occur and promised things that never happen. Craig failed to correct every mistake he made even tho he was notified immediately. With someone as experienced as him I felt his service was sloppy and extremely disappointing. Come auction week he forgot list In the paper and the On auction day he tryed to make me Lower the reserve 30k lower than what he recommended the entire campain just sobecould secure his commission on the day. After the house passed in at auction I had to settle for less than expected and I'm left wondering what would have happened if it was correctly marketed the entire campain ? What if the brochures and sign were printed with the correct details ? What if it was advertised in the paper like I was told it would be ? What if ? But I will never know because craig dropped the ball. Do yourself a favour and shop around first, don't let Craig's big talk and pressure tactics suck you into signing up with him. Houses on the peninsula sell them selfs, don't waste good money on terrible service and incorrect advertising with craig Leo from Barry plant.

I found Craig very professional in his approach to the marketing and sale of my house.
