Craig has an infectious optimism in the buying and selling market....which has been amazingly consistent over the years I have known him. I think he enjoys the buzz of getting a transaction done;, and the personal interaction with potential buyers and sellers. He seems to have an instinct, after getting initial buyers /sellers feedback on Inspections, for both the price AND the most effective way of handling a property. He is, importantly, quick to change the pace of marketing and selling if he senses a better way to go. Add to this innate commercial instinct, Craig is also an unassuming family man with an olde worlde likeability that makes dealing with him...as a buyer or a seller.....a welcome change from the conventional pushiness and 'over-sell' that dominates the Real Estate industry..
