The process was amazing from start to finish, except the auction which is simply a result of how the market was at the time. Renovations: Craig suggestions of what to renovate and who to use for jobs, including him organizing all the tradies for me was amazing too - nothing I had to do other than let him know what I wanted to get done and then pay the bills. When there was a small matter about the paint work, Craig immediately organized improvement to the job. Residents in the building were also impressed with the way the trades' people worked - tidy, not working/noisy out of hours. Jessica also very helpful throughout.
