This is the second time I have used Craig's services for a property sale. Craig is very engaging and personable. He has a great market knowledge that he will use to give you an honest and achievable assessment of your property. At no point did I feel pressured by Craig, he would lay out the information and leave it to me to make a decision. I completely trusted that Craig acted in my best interests and not his own. In a much maligned industry I have no problem saying that Craig is one of the few honest real estate agents. I would definitely recommend Craig to others in need of the property services he provides and I would use him again. Both of the sales he has been involved in with me (he and his sister Emma also sold my mother's house on behalf of my family) have been well handled and met expectations.
