A big task, made easy

I was unexpectedly tasked with the job of selling my elderly relative's home in order to obtain money for a nursing home bond. My relative's health deteriorated rapidly and I was very stressed & preoccupied with her .....the last thing I wanted to think about was selling her property. Craig was very respectful and seemed to work at a pace that suited me without being pushy or making unrealistic demands. He kept me very well informed throughout the entire process and supported me when I decided to hold out for a higher price. Craig helped me to obtain a sale price I was happy with by negotiating fairly and openly with the buyer. Craig definitely defies the stereotype of the 'untrustworthy ,money & status focused' real-estate agent!
