Craig was so helpful right from the begining. I had already made an inspection booking at 10am to view another apartment, and Craigs' inspection was at the same time. I phoned him, and he was more than happy to make time for me to view his property as well. Its the property I ended up buying. All meant to be. Throughout the whole process of making an offer to the actual confirmation the apartment was mine, Craig was extremely helpful and his knowledge re the market, purchasing and legal aspect is 100%. Coming from New Zealand, purchasing in Australia is a whole new ball game, but the information I was given certainly helped the process. I would not hesitate a moment to use Craig as an agent again, he is so personable, approachable, helpful and professional.

Buying in Buderim was a nightmare this time due to many of the new agents price baiting and playing games by not quoting prices or comparative sales plus marketing online in low brackets when they were obviously worth a lot more.
