We recently purchased an apartment in Mooloolaba through Craig Porter from LJ Hooker. We had been looking for quite some time at our options on the Sunshine Coast from our base in Sydney. This apartment came up and I contacted Craig to arrange an inspection. He was very accommodating and agreed to meet us at the airport to show the property. Craig is very easy going and friendly, with excellent market knowledge and longstanding relationships. He was very enthusiastic about this listing and we agreed that we could not do better than this one! The ensuing paper work and follow up was done without fuss and Craig has continued to support us by answering our multitude of questions and assisting with checking the property in our absence following the recent hail storm. We can definitely recommend Craig and his company based on our recent experience.
