Craig gave us an idealist price and we went with it. Being new the the area he also gave us the discounted rate of only 2%., instead of 2.5% He was also conscious of the cost to advertise and gave us good advice on what approach to take to this. He kept us each week informed of what was happening with our property. When he got a buyer, it was all done professional and quickly.
