Craig Rudd was of no help in buying this property. He haven’t send a copy of the contract to our solicitor until I reminded him to do it. We asked if he could open the house that was vacant so we could get our tiler to do a measure and quote for us and his answer was I wont be around to do it. We lost our tiler thanks to him. We told him that the letter box was full of letters and could he please collect the mail in it and pass on the owner. Nothing was done. We arranged to inspect the property and was told he would be there at 12.30. We rang him and was told he had a meeting at 12.30 and wouldn’t be at the property until 2.30. He finally arrived at around 3. We wanted to pay the deposit that day but was told to come back the next day and come to the office and pay it. We had travelled 3 hours to get there that day and was heading straight back the same day. He told us he was going home so just call the office in the morning and pay it over the phone. He also told us that our solicitors were “a bit special”. I believe he was out of line with his comments.

I would highly recommend Craig to anyone we trusted him selling our property and he got the job done.

Just want to share my experience of buying property from Craig Rugg. We have purchased and sold some properties. Worst experience ever. He was not communicating any thing at all from us to seller and from him to us. Created so much confusion and inconvenience till settlement date. Seller is also not happy and was complaining about his high commission charges and poor performance. My recommendation is not to buy or sell any property from him.

Sold my property in just a few days where another agent had failed for months. Craig was enthusiastic professional and kept me in the loop communicating frequently. Very impressive!

As the Above says Craig couldn’t have tried any harder to sell our property for the price we wanted. Rapid changing Real Estate prices plunged because of over supply nearby & surrounding areas. We knew Craig couldn’t change that situation himself. So he explained quite clearly we stay or we sell at the current valuation and buy in the same selling period. Craig is a straight shooter, sell in the current market price but also buy in the same market. Very logical so we did. Craig found us the perfect home and we made an offer which was excepted. Now we have been here for 6 wks and “wow” do we love it here. We are full on into the renovations, got a local builder, great man called Steve, he followed my “wants” all done in no time. Nothing was too much trouble and now hubby is painting our lovely widened passageway etc etc. Craig knew the exact home that Coronis were selling so it was a win win for his seller and for us to turn it into our perfect home in a truly lovely area.
