Craig didn’t have an easy job, the property was two story, had 4 bedrooms, an onsuite, bathroom, office, 5 car garage/workshop etc. He had to find the right size of family that require this amount of space. Open House was held at regular intervals. The final sale $ were in the upper range of the low/ high range he had suggested. Craig is an open & amenable person to work with, listens to what you say, we had many a chat on various subjects. Yes, if needed I would use his services again.

I found Craig professional, courteous and easy to talk to about my housing needs and expectations. Inspections were no trouble to arrange and Craig was quick to follow up with the vendor about any concerns I may have had.
