Craig went above and beyond, his quick response to my email requesting a viewing of the above mentioned property was awesome, and every other time I requested a viewing it was never a problem, the following up on the offer was really quick, I got a reply within the hour of puttting it in, and any issues/problems I had with the property after settlement he was happy to help me with, I did place a post on Facebook thanking him for all his work.

The only reason I don't give Craig 5 stars for everything is out of principle - no one can be perfect. But I think Craig did a really good job in selling our property. It's not that the price we got was amazing - the market is tough so I was not expecting miracles. But Craig was honest about what we should expect to get (and he got it about right), he knew the market, and he made sensible suggestions about getting a good price but not over-spending on marketing. He quickly organised tradesmen for the odd jobs that needed doing to get the property ready to sell. He kept us constantly informed about results of the home opens and inspections and followed up interested parties promptly. Once a contract was signed Craig kept us updated on the vendors finance application, made sure the final inspection went smoothly and resolved outstanding issues.I have no hesitation in recommending him.
