Could not be happier!

I spoke with Craig after having a bad experience with another agent. Craig was recommended to me by a close friend of mine. I could tell from the first phone call made to him he was on the ball with things and could get things sorted. Not only did he keep me informed at all times about potential buyers intrest and the progress he also went above and beyond working late at nights to get all the advertising and paperwork organised so there was not a delay in the marketing nor the sale also driving the country side to meet me to have that paperwork signed immediately. He was able to meet my expectations on the sale price and was no back and forth negotiations. Everything about the sale as a whole was easy and smooth going.
