Cran was easy to work with from the first meeting to the last communication. He has a no nonsense but respectly way of interacting with owners and clients and it was refreshing and interesting to work with him on this project selling my units. I learned much, and enjoyed the experience. He was thorough, continuually checking and resolving each step until sucessful. It was wonderful to trust him to do everything I needed and follow through this things I had not predicted. He is friendly approachable and a great guy to work with.
