Selling Dad's unit in Freshwater was easy under the guidance and professionalism of Michael Pointon and Cranston Schwarz. We decided to auction it before Christmas. The pre-sale price estimate was higher than was achieved however in fairness several other agents also estimated a higher price. We encountered bad weather during the marketing campaign which did have an impact on the interest however L.J. Hooker and in particular CranstonSchwarz did everything that hey promised.
