Selling Dad's unit in Freshwater was easy under the guidance and professionalism of Michael Pointon and Cranston Schwarz. We decided to auction it before Christmas. Michael held 4 open home inspections and reported back after each one with written comments and follow up comments from visitors. Both Michael and Cranston were always available, returning calls, answering questions and offering suggestions. We were really happy with the price obtained at auction, their choice of auctioneer, the groundwork they both did before the auction and their sincerity and the time they took in dealing with all our questions.
