Matt and Creagh were very helpful and professional during the time we purchased a property with them. They always called when they said they would and negotiated with the sellers well on our behalf. Matt has helped us with a few minor things even after settlement which is much appreciated. We have bought and sold a couple of properties and this would have to be the least stressful.
From the very beginning, Creagh was a true gentleman and professional - but never pushy. He knows the local market inside out and what needs to be done to achieve the best return for the seller. I have dealt with many agents as the seller over the years and found that once many get your listing they do not deliver on what they promised and do not keep you informed. Creagh was the exception - an absolute professional that knew he was working for me (the seller) and he did everything he could to optimise the sales price and kept me informed during the complete process. Creagh was amazing, I have never sold a house before, so had no clue of the process. The other Agents I got in to quote I felt were taking advantage of that fact, pushing services I didn't need.
