Creagh and Matthew are hands down the best agents I have ever worked with. We bought our first house with these guys and have sold our house with these guys! They are professional, easy to deal with and most importantly Trustworthy! All my questions and phone calls have always been answered promptly and professionally. Some newer agents these days work on their own hours and don’t understand that buyers/sellers can’t do certain things during normal hours. Matt and Creagh were very helpful and professional during the time we purchased a property with them. They always called when they said they would and negotiated with the sellers well on our behalf. Matt has helped us with a few minor things even after settlement which is much appreciated. We have bought and sold a couple of properties and this would have to be the least stressful.
From the very beginning, Creagh was a true gentleman and professional - but never pushy. He knows the local market inside out and what needs to be done to achieve the best return for the seller. I took Creaghs advise on what needed to be done to prepare the property for sale and he made life easier by introducing us to his handyman who was able to conduct the work in a timely and cost efficient manner. Again I took his advice on when and how to market the property and he absolutely nailed it all. The communication during the complete process was outstanding. I was always kept informed of what was planned and what was happening. I have dealt with many agents as the seller over the years and found that once many get your listing they do not deliver on what they promised and do not keep you informed. Creagh was the exception - an absolute professional that knew he was working for me (the seller) and he did everything he could to optimise the sales price and kept me informed during the complete process.
