My home was sold in the days after the first home open - to people who went through the home open and placed their offers in the days afterwards - a new idea which maximises the home open event of capturing the interest of as many buyers as possible without consuming time of writing up offers which may not be the best available from later prospects. Offers are pursued and written the days after. Watch for other agents using a similar system in the future.
