Thank you Creagh your professionalism and customer service made the process of buying our first home smooth.

I found Creagh to be very professional in his assessment of my property and our expectations. He was very polite and accommodating in our meetings and phone calls. He and is off Matt would keep me up to date on how things were going and helped organize any work needed to be done, on my behalf. I highly recommend Creagh and his teem to any other sellers. Many thanks.

Creagh was a great help with helping me find my perfect home in a sought after suburb in a very demanding market! Always approachable and great communication, would highly recommend Creagh and just want to say Thank you again! So happy that we now have a place to call my own.

We just bought an investment property and the help received was well beyond their duties. We were concern about some defects and Matt got everything and everyone organised to get all sorted before the settlement date. We never had to call them for an update. Matt keep us informed no matter what time of the day or even during weekends. Great team to work with!

Creagh was amazing to work with. His knowledge of the market and advice provided to us resulted in us getting more for our property. Besides Creagh’s industry knowledge, he takes an interest in his clients and he genuinely cares. Thank you Creagh.

Creagh is extremely well versed in the real estate market . We felt very comfortable dealing with him at all times, confident that he would communicate when needed and ensure no stone is left unturned. He is both knowledgable and professional and these attributes ensured that from start to finish the process went smoothly and was an easy experience for us. Moreover, his pleasant disposition and "can do" attitude also ensured that the process was stress free. Would we recommend Creagh to People we know? "MOST DEFINITELY"

Creagh is a fantastic property agent to work with. His market knowledge is second to none. He communicated with us regularly, clearly and openly about our property. When Creagh said he would follow up on a query of ours, he did promptly and thoroughly. This gave us great confidence in his service. We had complete faith in Creagh to get us the best price for our property.

We met Creagh three years ago during an evaluation and were so happy with his knowledge and expertise that when it came time to sell our investment property, he was the only agent we considered. We were lucky enough to also deal with him as the agent in the purchase of our home. We only have good things to say about him and his team. He has an easy way about him that makes you feel comfortable and informed. Would highly recommend.

We have recently sold two properties with Creagh as our agent. (He sold another one for us a few years ago too.) He is not an "over-promise and under-deliver" person. Right from the start, he gave us solid advice and he kept us fully informed every step of the way. He instills a sense of confidence and honesty with his approach. Even when there was some tenant-related damage to one of the properties, he organised for this to be fixed very quickly and at a very reasonable cost. For borth properties he achieved better-than-expected sales prices, and at no stage did we get the impression that he just wanted to sell at any price, just to get his commission and move on. We highly recommend him; and we are convinced that anybody using his services will be satisfied!

We found Creagh to have a lot of experience with selling and the buying of real estate, making sure that we were kept up to date with every step of selling 2 of our homes. We would highly recommend Creagh to anyone .
