We have recently sold two properties with Creagh as our agent. (He sold another one for us a few years ago too.) He is not an "over-promise and under-deliver" person. Right from the start, he gave us solid advice and he kept us fully informed every step of the way. He instills a sense of confidence and honesty with his approach. Even when there was some tenant-related damage to one of the properties, he organised for this to be fixed very quickly and at a very reasonable cost.
