His knowledge of the market in my area was extensive which enabled him to work out the best way to sell my house to suit my particular circumstances. He was the only agent I spoke to in initial talks who listened, understood & planned accordingly for me, not a quick commission for himself. He could have sold it much sooner, albeit at a lower price, if he hadn't been doing his best for me. At all times he was responsive to queries & kept me updated and I trusted him to do what he does best. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone & have done so both during the process & since.
