I cannot recommend Creagh enough. Creagh and his colleague Matt worked extremely hard in an unforgiving falling market to get us a fair price for our home of 24 years. He was ambitious for us, set high goals and strove to achieve them with honest integrity. His advice was spot on and although it took awhile he never wavered, he achieved what he said he would. He always answered his phone and gave written and prompt verbal feedback from open home inspections. His weekly written reports were comprehensive and well written, so that they conveyed valuable information to help us display our property in it's best light. His professional reputation and good standing in the real estate industry also assisted in achieving a three week settlement with zero hiccups.
