People always remember a negative, but not a positive, but when a service is exceptional it needs to be recognised. I have recently purchased my home in Currambine and like any purchase of a property there where a few headaches and challenges along the way. Personally work within a stressful sales orientated environment where service is everything so appreciate what good looks like. Real Estate Consultants don’t, as a whole have the best rap, for probably many unjust and unfounded reason, hence people remember the negative. Recently sold a house jointly owned with my parents and was very happy with Creagh's efforts. His approach to setting the price was not overly conservative and allowed us to find a sale that seemed to satisfy both parties. He clearly mapped out the process and his communication throughout the sale was excellent. In particular he seemed able to see the property through the eyes of a buyer, which I think made him the more effective when representing us as sellers. Altogether the sale was a much less painful process than it could have been in the current market and I think Creagh played the majority part in that.
