With the recent purchase of our house in Werribee I found Cristian to be a very quiet and reserved person which is unusual in the Real Estate market, but we found him very approachable and knowledgeable about the area and the house, and it did not matter how many questions or times we rang him he always got back to us promptly with an answer or he didn't know the answer he would follow up also.. In our negotiations for the house he was very reasonable given he was naturally looking for the best price for his client.....but he was also understanding about our bidding towards the house, and I felt we came to agree on an amount of which both clients were very happy. Also Cristian has followed up with us to see that everything had gone smooth since moving in. We highly recommend Cristian from Hockingstuart to sell or purchase from in the future. We did not sell our house with Hockingstuart, and now after the service we got from Cristian we wish we had.

We set our price right from the start, and Cristian rose to the challenge and negotiated with the buyer for the right price. We were kept informed as to upcoming inspections and any interest that had been shown in the property. Even after signing the contracts, he has kept us informed and we have never felt we couldn't ask him questions, no matter how silly they may seem.
