Cristian was amazing to deal with from the minute we went for our first viewing he didn't sell our crowd us, he let us take it all in. Every question we answered very well and knew the property well. Our process of making the first offer to purchase was a rollercoaster of I think three offers winning an auction then two more offers. During the negotiation which when its for your home is emotionally charged somewhat Cristian was awesome. Straight down the line this is what it is this is where things are at which we both appreciated. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an agent in the east :)

Firstly the team did a great job by keeping us in the loop with any off market opportunities. Christian did all the things you would expect during the opens polite, answering questions etc, yet it was in the negotiations we feel he really did an excellent job with balancing the vendor and buyers needs, he was very responsive and answered any questions we had on the same day.

Cristian was an exceptionally professional young agent. He was prompt with all messages and email enquires and provided us with important information updates from the strata manager. He was absolutely punctual for all his appointments with us and arranged a private initial viewing of the apartment as we we unable to attend the scheduled open for inspection times. His personality was friendly and honest and he didn’t try to dismiss some of the issues with the apartment. The benefits of the apartment were quite obvious.
