Wouldn’t recommend

We found the communication a bit poor during the process. After putting in an offer initially we heard nothing for days and needed to follow up multiple times. One of the staff also recently called us asking if we were looking to buy in the area despite having just closed with them. After settling they also didn’t provide us a full set of keys so will now need to pay a locksmith to get access to our garden which is an unnecessary pain.
