I interviewed 5 agents before choosing an agent from “M Residential”. After 2 months on the market and a stream of complaints, I severed the contract with them and began looking for an agent that would represent ME, would be honest about all fees, the value of my home, and who could analyse the market and prospective buyer of my home in order to propose the most viable marketing strategy.
