She communicated with us on a daily basis about what was happening and kept us up to date on all the developments. This was much appreciated.
My home had been on the market with another agent when I noticed Cristina had quickly sold two homes in my area. What impressed me was Cristina’s positive and cheerful manner. I felt confident that she would sell my home quickly for a good price. Cristina worked very hard - opening every weekend plus private viewings during the week. She always arrived early and showed consideration by parking around the corner leaving the driveway free for buyers. She kept me updated by phoning or messaging after each inspection and also sent detailed reports with buyer feedback each week. When the Covid-19 shutdown hit and an offer fell through Cristina didn’t miss a beat and had another offer within a month. But the exceptional service didn’t end there. When there was a delay with settlement Cristina was there following up and keeping me informed right through to settlement. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.
