I think the result could have been different without her, I was able to feel her passion and honesty during the negotiation. I thought Realestate agency is a bit unreliable but she changed my prejudice and her team also were very helpful and punctual as her. Highly Recommendable!!

100 percent dedication, enthusiasm, integrity, character, innovative and creative. ONLY downside for me was - Cristine would call me after every open house and give me feedback which was amazing but Cristine's idea of emphasis is "repetition" and I would ask her to convey one issue only ONCE. we understand and get the message. But in Cristine's defense - she is so involved maybe she does not realize - part her exuberance and enthusiasm. overlall an amazing and knowledgable person to have to sell your property.
