I went into the experience of purchasing not trusting any Real Estate Agents. Crystal is a gem, and a rare find. The wins for me - impressively patient, not at all pushy. When I asked her to give me feedback on whether she thought the seller would accept a certain offer, she heard my concerns and responded respectfully. At no point did she breach mine or the seller’s confidentiality - very appreciated, as it was a bit of a drawn out tricky sale. Willing to Conjunct. Didn’t play buyers off against one another - I’d experienced this on so many other properties. Timely in all communication - just didn’t miss a beat. One of the politest people you will meet, but can hold her own, and all round great communicator!

She was always up front with communications and did not try to sell to the first, or those with the quickest offer, but knew she had to meet our bottom line before coming to us suggesting we should take whatever was on the table.
