Crystal is a great communicator. She kept me thoroughly informed during the whole process. Also a great negotiator and made me feel very comfortable during the purchase process. Kept in regular contact while negotiating my purchase and even dropped the keys off to me on settlement at my current home. Very easy to work will recommend her to friends and family.
