Andy and Brian ran a very good campaign and secured a result that surpassed my expectations. hard working, responsive, professional
Outstanding result, very happy to have Andy and his team to sell our property. Professional and experienced marketing strategy, work around the clock till late of evening. Replies our phone call in time, good communication between us, our lawyer and buyer, attend to details, and friendly team. We would highly recommend Andy and Uniland for their professional real estate services.
Andy is a very genuine person and he works very hard to help out his clients. One day before the auction, he was working around the clock, well into the late evenings, answering my calls to help my family prepare for the auction. There were a number of major issues with the sales contract, however, Andy worked diligently to liaise between the lawyers to address those issues. Andy was great at communicating between us, our lawyer and the vendor. I would highly recommend Andy and Uniland for their real estate services and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
