Andy and Uniland's team is amazing! Open, honest and efficient. Guidance, advice and expertise are of the highest standards. I really feel at home in their very capable hands. A very stressful life event is not stressful, but seamless. Sold only after one open houses. I am satisfied with every aspect. I highly recommend Andy and his team.
We had a superb purchase experience with Andy Lin and his team. They are the most professional and reliable agent that we’ve met by far. Andy is very knowledgeable and patient.

Highly recommend Andy and the team at Uniland! Open and prompt communication through out the process which is what I think is important.
It is with great pleasure that I highly recommend Andy, whose professionalism, commitment and negotiation skills are nothing short of outstanding. He had an excellent knowledge of the Epping and Ryde areas market and acted with integrity. He provided great services throughout the campaign, from preparing the property for sale, reading into potential buyer's feedback, all the way to how to maximise the outcome for the vendor. He knew how to target the most appropriate buyers. Andy is an exceptional communicator and an absolutely hard working salesman. His advice are prompt, honest and positive. He is always available when we need him and he perfectly acts in us vendor's absolutely best interests. Andy and his team fulfilled our expectation perfectly. I am glad to choose him as our selling agent and will certainly use his services again in the future. Simply the best.
