Andy is very professionalism, helpful, knowledgeable real Estate agent, exceeded expectations and incredible through every stage of of selling our house. He was an ally, friend, and advisor and helped us navigate a difficult time to sell a house! It is not surprising that he sold our house in the high price. Great job and well done. You made it.

I first met Andy Lin and Kris Yu at an open home and I was impressed with their presentation. Everyone I spoke to advised me to use a local agent. I asked Andy “ I have two top local selling agents here in Strathfield,so why should I use you. What makes you different''. Andy said “ I will do all that they do and more. I will go the extra mile''. To me that was the clincher. I found Andy true to his word and making the effort through. If you are buying or selling, definitely recommend using Uniland.

Selling our place with Andy was such a stressless experience. Andy is genuine , high skilled agent, providing good advices and also good staging for our home. His team was pleasure to work with . I would highly recommend his and his team as a agent.

Very professional and timely communication, he will make the whole transaction very transparent, unlike other intermediaries that constantly let you try without giving any revelant information, he will become a bridge between you and Vendor, and constantly help the two parties reach an agreement. Although he is busy sometimes, he will definitely call back. The auction site will also conduct effectively.

Andy and Kris assessed the options available to us with the current market sentiment and their judgement was unerringly accurate. Their level of professionalism was outstanding and at all times we felt we were in good hands. A thoroughly good experience and would be happy to recommend them.
