This is my second interaction with Pat in a purchase sense and my first that I’ve been successful (and hopefully many more). Both times Pat’s communication is extremely efficient and accurate unlike other agents I’ve purchased property from. His job is to get the deal done with a bit of flair and charisma which is delivered in droves. In this market a lot of buyers don’t feel confident with the journey but I’d be happy for Pat to be the pilot. Thank you.

We all have an idea of a stereotypical real estate agent but you forget all about that once you meet Pat. He is able to assure you of things but is always cognisant of never betraying your trust or the trust of the other party. In our case, he was able to answer questions about the property, agreed to allow us to inspect the property at an odd time and never made us feel as though we were under any obligation to make an offer or bid on the property. He was a gentleman through and through. If we need to buy another property, or we think of selling a property, Pat is the first we will be talking to!

Pat did an outstanding job in selling our home. We were very pleased with not only the sales result but the entire process. His market knowledge is exceptional as is his communication skills. Over a number of years consideration was given to selling the property. Patrick remained interested and provided up to date information about the local market during this time.
