We had to rely on Daniel to help us sell our property, after we had moved 100+ kms away. We found him to always be keen to help, knowledgeable, polite and he followed up and kept us well informed all through the process. Our property sold for top dollar, within weeks of being listed. We could not be happier, nor recommend more highly. An easy, smooth transaction.

Daniel was very helpful in the process of selling my house. As this was my first time selling, he explained the process very thoroughly to me. Daniel was always efficient with returning phone calls and remained very positive throughout the process. I highly recommend Daniel to anyone who is after an honest and trustworthy sales agent.

Daniel Starr lived up to his name! A true star! He helped us through every aspect of our journey of selling our home. Knowledgeable of property sales in our area. Fantastic advice on when to sell. Which really paid off for us. Explained everything so it was easy for us to understand as we had no experience in ever selling a house before. He had a fun & nice attitude and answered all our questions.

Professional. Well networked. Maintains a very good reputation in the market place. Honest and clear.

Daniel went completely above and beyond to achieve the sale of our Guildford unit in very uncertain time of COVID-19 pandemic. He kept us constantly updated by sending us inspection reports at the end of each inspection day, he was so hands-on and took care of every detail which made sales easy for us, he found great alternatives to satisfy both the buyer and us when we hit stumbling blocks and other agents might have given up, and he completed the sale within the promised price and timeframe. We highly recommend Daniel from Starr Partners Merrylands

The agent is professional, highly trained and provided me with great customer service.

Daniel always answers questions promptly without any hesitation with market knowledge. His delivery with his promises will be the main core factor of me returning to him if I have a future property to sell.

I have had some VERY ordinary experiences with real estate agents over the years but I am VERY pleased to say that working with Daniel, Matt and the Starr Partners team was NOT one of those experiences! Daniel and the team were an absolute pleasure to work with, we were kept well informed throughout, they were always available for any questions and in the end delivered a fantastic result for us.
