I used Curtis and his colleague Shan to sell my Gungahlin apartment. It was my first time selling a property and at a difficult time of the year, so I was a bit nervous going in. Curtis was a great support throughout the process, always available to take my calls and to answer my many, many questions. With Shan he walked me through the process from start to finish without ever speaking down to me, and helped me to get a few things sorted with my apartment so it was in top condition for the sale. Curtis was fantastic to deal with and I always knew where the process was up to, so I found the whole experience very straight forward. We sold my property for more than I was expecting to make, and I found Canberry Property’s fees to be very reasonable when compared with other company’s. All in all I am really thankful to Curtis for all of his help and for his customer service through this process, and I would happily work with him again in the future.
