Selling a family home after more than 40 years is a massive decision. And doing it from another state makes it that much harder. So we had to make the right choice about who we would sell through. Although we knew a few real estate agents, as they like to keep us updated on what is happening in the market in our area, as you know via emails, mail box drops and other marketing tools. We considered the risk of losing a fantastic offer, but Curtis was supportive and at no time tried to push us into accepting the offer. Only encouraging us on our decision, and reiterating his understanding of the market and what is happening. On auction day, we had 3 serious buyers who had registered for the auction. The bidding stalled under "reserve" and was going to pass in. Curtis then went into action, and the result was "amazing". Bidding started again and then exceeded our dreams.
