My partner and I were in the house hunting process for a couple of weeks shy of ONE YEAR! Such a tedious and frustrating process in the current environment with rapidly escalating house prices, low interest rates (increasing the number of buyers and maximum borrowing capacity) and most properties going to the dreaded auction! We first met Claire around 5-6 months into our journey, at a Cveta open home inspection, and hit it off discussing the market and what we were looking for in a property (we were targeting older properties with knockdown-rebuild potential). Over the next couple of months Claire stayed in contact with us when she had new listings (Cveta property commonly offer off-market oppourtunities prior to listing on market) and brought 2 very good off-market options to us over this time. The first didn't work out in the end, however the second one eventually became our end to the home buying journey! No more weekend house inspections!!! Claire and Cveta were great to deal with in terms of negotiation and communication with the Vendors. My only critque (as discussed personally with Claire) would be to improve response/communication with us as the buyer, particularly once the offer had been submitted / contract signed. All in all, I would be happy to purchase property again through Cveta, and as an investment property owner myself, I would also strongly consider selling my properties in the future through Claire and Cveta.
