Adam had a wide skills of experience and knowledge of prices around the area in Mornington and he has keep consistently in touch with me even during the lockdown, as we were not able move forward due to restriction. Saying that, when some of the restriction was released/relaxed we were then able to get my Mum's unit prepared for the sale, as it was empty at the time and it has been a challenged. We were able to sell Mum's unit off the market, which has saved her money and with Adam guidance has help us acheived a very good outcome due to restriction and lockdown.

I first met Adam during an OFI for another property- similar in basic attributes to my own.
