We preferred to sell our house off-market which we knew would not be easy, but with Adam's knowledge and assistance, he was able to finalise a sale for us, at a price we were more than happy with. Where other Real Estate Agents had brought through many prospective buyers, all declined to make offers for various reasons. They all fell away.
