Selling our home was a difficult decision for us, however having the right person and team in Adam Dureau Real Estate made it a lot easier Adam was genuine and helpful throughout the whole process , which took longer than expected however when the property sold it exceeded everyone's expectations ... a result we could only have dreamed of. Adam provided an honest, professional and personal service and we can sincerely recommend Adam and his team to anyone who is selling their family home.

Adam and Jax have been fantastic, helpful and genuinely positive people to deal with. Making the whole process easy and all the more exciting

Thanks Adam, great service, advice & an awesome sales price!

We had met Adam and Jax at several open houses before we listed our house with Adam Dureau Real Estate. Even before we listed, we were given lots of valuable non biased advice. Since beginning our journey with Adam and Jax (and Kim) we’ve felt nothing but supported and prioritised. We had regular discussions and we knew that if we had any questions or queries, we could call at any time and our calls would be answered. Throughout the sale of our home, we were made to feel like very valued and important customers. Jax has become more like a friend than our agent. In our personal experience, their ability to listen to what we were telling them and giving honest and experienced feedback was invaluable. They are friendly, approachable and above all, professionals. We would not hesitate to recommend Adam or Jax to anyone considering selling their home, and if in the position again, would not hesitate to sign on with them again.

Couldn't have asked for more. Great result, constant updating, advice and feedback through the entire process and would certainly recommend to anyone. Thanks guys you have helped immensely. 5 star all the way.

Adam isn't your usual agent given his honest personable and passionate, he bends over backwards not just for his vendors but also his purchasers, a very unusual but tremendous trait.

Adam definitely went the extra mile on our purchase, travelling up to our house in Box Hill South to take our offer in person. Thanks for your time and attention, and we can't wait to move into our new house.

I was very pleased with Adam as my agent. He kept me well informed on up to date matters regarding viewings of my property and handled all matters very professionally. I would feel very comfortable to recommend him as an agent.

Thank you to Adam and Kim (& the rest of the team at Adam Dureau Real Estate). The personal touch and going above and beyond made my sea change experience a pleasant one. It takes a true professional to keep both buyers and sellers happy and Adam definitely does that with his open ans honest communication. Thanks again!!

Adam was fabulous to work with in selling our family home. He always kept us updated after each home open, was very reliable and hard working. We would highly recommend Adam to anyone looking to sell their home.

Adam & Kim were great. Friendly & easy going attitudes, while still maintaining a professional approach. They had the ability to be available when needed, which showed me great team work. I felt like i was getting a real & honest process, which gave me confidence & peace of mind. Thanks for all your efforts. I can't wait to move into my new home

Adam has very good knowledge of Mount Martha area. We found him very easy do deal with. We felt he was open and transparent through the buying process. When needed he came up with helpful suggestions during stalled negotiations to help both sides cut through. We are very happy to recommend Adam.
