From the moment that we decided to consider selling to the completion of the sale - a total of 6 weeks- we found Kylee to be very helpful and communicate well to ensure we were fully briefed every step of the way. She was realistic about how to achieve the best outcome for us and what marketing would work well for the property. She knew her market and very accurately predicted the price we might achieve. She was reliable and prompt in keeping appointments and providing feedback on outcome of the open house. In reality we only needed 1 open house and by the next Monday we had an offer and 30 days later the sale was complete. One often hears of lengthy delays in sales or struggles with completion but we did not experience this. We would highly recommend her.

My sister and I had a wonderful experience with Kylee. We visited a house already under contract and mentioned that we would be interested if it fell over. Sure enough, a few days later we received the phone call that it had and we were at the top of her list! Kylee helped us through every step and was extremely responsive to all of our questions and queries. From a buyer's perspective, I thought Kylee represented our position and offer to the owner and we were able to work out a price that worked for both of us. There were a few minor hiccups with inspections that were out of her control and I appreciated the effort she made to make sure we would have other opportunities.
