Kylee reported back the outcome of the open houses in a timely manner. It was surprising that the sale price went up on real estate website immediately the property became unconditional. It would have been nice to be informed that this was going to happen. Neighbours were also surprised to receive advertising material with the sale price listed when the property became unconditional. Some discussion prior to this occurring would have been well received.
