Normally you would associate reviews of this nature with sellers of a property, however as buyers of one of Kylee´s properties, my wife and I could not have been happier with her service throughout the sale process. After looking for an extended period, we narrowed our selection down to two properties in neighbouring suburbs. Our experience with Kylee from the outset was exceptional - she was happy to schedule private visits for us that were outside of the open houses. Furthermore, when we had to change the times of the private visits, she was very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Her response time to any sort of request either by email or phone was very quick and her knowledge of the house and the area we purchased in were top notch. Throughout the sale process she was honest and upfront with us and everything was communicated very well. Likewise, following the sale, the logistics of the move and questions we had for the sellers were answered very punctually and without any fuss. On top of this, Kylee has a friendly and relaxed demeanour, is far from pushy and is excellent with people of all ages (she was great with our 1 and 3 year old boys). In contrast, the email replies we had from the agent responsible for the other property we were interested in were typically between 2 and 3 days and she seemed extremely disinterested in selling the house - the complete opposite of Kylee. We got the house we wanted and were happy that Kylee got the sale. She is a true professional and is fantastic to deal with.
